I think we should have job reservations in all the fields. I completely support the PM and all the politicians for promoting this.

Let's start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 10 percent reservation for Muslims. 30 percent for OBC, SC /ST like that.

Cricket rules should be modified accordingly. The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player.

The four hit by an OBCplayer should be considered as a six and a six hit by a SC/ST player should be counted as 8 runs. An SC/ST player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century.

We should influence ICC and make rules so that the pace bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar should not bowl fast balls to our SC/ST player.

Bowlers should bowl maximum speed of 80 kilometer per hour to an SC/ST player. Any delivery above this speed should be made illegal.

Also we should have reservation in Olympics. In the 100 meters race, an SC/ST player should be given a gold medal if he runs 80 meters.

There can be reservation in Government jobs also. Let's recruit SC/ST and OBC pilots for aircrafts which are carrying the ministers and politicians (that can really help the country.. )

Ensure that only SC/ST and OBC doctors do the operations for the ministers and other politicians. (Another way of saving the country..)

Let's be creative and think of ways and means to guide INDIA forward...

Let's show the world that INDIA is a GREAT country. Let's be proud of being an INDIAN..

¤ बीवी की माने तो "जोरु का गुलाम"।

पूरी ज़िंदगी समझौता, त्याग और संघर्ष में बिताने के बावजुद वह अपने लिये कुछ नहीं चाहता ।

[26/04 7:59 PM] TOL Amandeep Gill: एक अध्ययन जो कि जाने माने कृषि विशेषज्ञ देविन्दर शर्मा जी ने किया है के मुताबिक 1970 में गेंहू का
समर्थन मूल्य 76 रु प्रति क्विंटल था 45 वर्ष के अंतराल के
बाद इसमें मात्र 19 गुना वृद्धि के साथ दाम 1450 रु क्वि. हुए है जबकि इसी अंतराल मे केंद्र सरकार के
कर्मचारियों का वेतन 120 गुना ,स्कूल शिक्षको का 320 गुना और कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर में काम करने बालों की
आमदनी में 1000 गुना तक वृद्धि हुई है। वहीँ इसी समय में स्कूल और इलाज के खर्चों में 300% तक की वृद्धि हुई है।
इस विश्लेषण के तहत अन्य क्षेत्रो की तुलना में किसान की आमदनी में ना के बराबर वृद्धि हुई लेकिन खर्चो का
बोझ सभी तब्को के समान रहा है।
किसान की हालात सुधारने के लिए उसकी उपज की कीमत में भी कम से कम 80 से 100 गुना की वृद्धि के
साथ गेहू की कीमत 7600 रु प्रति क्वि. होनी चाहिए और ये किसान का हक़ है । उन्नत खेती ,तकनिकी का
उपयोग और सस्ते कर्ज की बातें करने बाले नेताओ को ये उपदेश छोड़कर किसान की आमदनी बढ़ाने के बारे में
सोचना चाहिए।

Today, we were in the midst of an ongoing surgery as the quake shook Patna.
The entire OT with all its equipment shuddered.
The OT technician and 2 sisters ran out...
We(the anesthetist Dr. Bhavita Panjwani, my junior Dr. Mihir Shah and I) decided against leaving the OT as the patient was under anesthesia and somebody had to stay behind to take care of him.
It was then that I realized there was nothing I could do to save myself or my team that included my wife, except PRAY. Not even run for safety like others.
We later came to know that my colleagues, seniors and juniors in other 3 OTs had taken the same decision to stand by their patients.

But then, it is these Pts or their relatives that assault doctors and say medical profession is now just a business....
Was it the right decision to stay back or should we have left for our own safety,leaving the patient to his luck?
Should we also start retaliating to people who think it is OK to assault a doctor??

There might be many such doctors who had given priority to the responsibility risking their own lives yesterday. This responsibility comes right from the days of internship when doctors are taught to make everything else secondary to the patients welfare & that remains forever till the end of their life.

There are other professions where people work in night hours also. But is there any profession in which there is daily emergency & even after finishing your duty when you get back to home you have to think of responsibilities & be ready to go back to your job anytime. Everyday there will be sick patients & doctors have to sacrifice their sound sleep over them! The judiciary, engineers, bankers no other professionals has to be working on emergency basis(on duty even out of duty hours) DAILY THROUGHOUT THE LIFE!!!

It's not so easy to be a Doctor.
